Free Online Betrayal Trauma Support Group
For female partners affected by sex or porn addiction
Discovering that your partner has been struggling with sex or porn addiction can feel deeply destabilising. Many people describe a profound sense of betrayal, alongside shock, confusion, anger, anxiety, or numbness. You may find yourself questioning what you thought you knew, struggling to trust your own instincts, or feeling very alone with what you’re carrying.
Our Betrayal Trauma Support Group, based online, offers a safe, confidential space where you can begin to make sense of what’s happened and find support at your own pace.
This free group is facilitated by experienced therapists with specialist knowledge of betrayal trauma and relational recovery. Whether the discovery is recent or long-standing, whether you’re staying in the relationship, leaving, or feeling unsure, you are welcome here.
