Book A Call

Want to talk? Share a time that works for you.

Booking a call can be a helpful first step if you’re unsure where to start or would like to talk things through before committing to therapy.

The call offers a calm, confidential space to ask questions, explain what you’re looking for, and explore what support might be most suitable for you.

What is the call?

The call is an informal, no-obligation conversation with a member of our team. It’s an opportunity to talk through your needs and find out more about how we work.

It is not a therapy session, and there’s no expectation to share anything you’re not comfortable discussing.

What we’ll cover

During the call, we may:

  • Ask a little about what’s brought you to get in touch

  • Talk through the types of support available

  • Discuss therapist availability and session options

  • Answer any questions you may have about therapy or the centre

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

How long does the call last?

Calls usually last around 10–15 minutes, depending on what you’d like to cover.

What happens after the call?

After the call, you’re free to take time to think things over. If you decide you’d like to proceed, we can help with the next steps. If not, there’s no pressure or obligation to book.

Confidentiality

All calls are treated with care and confidentiality. Your information will only be used to support your enquiry and will not be shared.

If a call doesn’t feel right

If you’d prefer not to speak on the phone, you’re welcome to contact us by email or via the enquiry form below instead. We’re happy to communicate in the way that feels most comfortable for you.
