The Business Development Group is a free online group for therapists working at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, offered as an additional layer of support alongside free supervision. It provides a calm, collegial space to reflect on your work, share challenges, and think more clearly about sustainability and development.
The group offers a regular, facilitated online space to pause, reflect, and talk openly about the realities of practice development. Sessions are informal but contained, allowing space for discussion, shared learning, and practical reflection.
You don’t need to be at a particular stage in your career, and you don’t need clear goals to attend. The group is there to support you where you are.
