A free, therapist-led space for emotional connection and support
There are times when you might feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply in need of somewhere calm to gather your thoughts. You may not be looking for therapy, or you may not be sure what kind of support would help, just that things feel heavier than usual.
Our Emotional Wellbeing & Support Group offers a gentle, welcoming space to pause, talk if you want to, and feel less alone. Many people come because they’re going through a difficult period; others attend for connection, grounding, or a sense of steadiness.
At Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, this free group is held in person in Henley-on-Thames and is guided by an experienced therapist. You’re welcome whether you’re managing stress, navigating change, or simply need some emotional support.
This is a calm, inclusive group where there is no pressure to speak, perform, or attend every week. You can take part at your own pace, whether that means sharing, listening, or simply being present.
The group is therapist-led and focused on emotional safety, compassion, and mutual respect. Sessions may include gentle reflection, shared experiences, and simple tools to support wellbeing, always offered without expectation.
We offer:
