Partners Workshop: Rebuilding After Betrayal (Sex & Porn Addiction)

August 1 @ 9:00 am - August 2 @ 4:00 pm
£300
betrayal trauma support

If your relationship has been affected by a partner’s sex or porn addiction, you may be carrying more than most people realise.

Betrayal of this kind can leave you feeling anxious, hyper-aware, and unsure of what to trust, in your partner, and sometimes in yourself. You might be managing intrusive thoughts, anger, or a deep sense that something has shifted, even if you can’t fully put it into words.

This two-day workshop is designed specifically for partners experiencing betrayal trauma in the context of sex and porn addiction.

It offers a structured, supportive space to begin making sense of what’s happened, stabilise emotionally, and start to rebuild, at your own pace.

What we’ll explore

Across the two days, we will cover:

  • Understanding betrayal trauma — and why this type of betrayal can feel so overwhelming
  • Stabilisation and emotional regulation — including working with anger, resentment, boundaries and communication (with yourself and your partner )
  • Identity, confidence, and self-compassion — reconnecting with who you are after betrayal
  • Sexual identity and rebuilding sexual trust — exploring intimacy, safety, and choice moving forward

Afternoon: Stabilisation, Communication & Working with Anger
