Our Men’s Sex and Porn Addiction Recovery Group at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley-on-Thames offers a calm, respectful space to begin making sense of what’s going on, without shame or judgement.
What the Group Offers
This group provides:
- A confidential, therapist-led space where you can speak openly or simply listen
- Guidance from an experienced therapist specialising in sex and porn addiction recovery
- Connection with others who understand what you may be going through
- Support to reduce shame and build greater self-awareness
- Space to explore healthier patterns, boundaries, and relationships
A Different Starting Point
You don’t need to have a label, a diagnosis, or a clear sense of what’s “wrong”.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, whether that’s your behaviour, your thoughts, or the impact on your relationships, that’s enough of a reason to come along.
This is a place to begin understanding, at your own pace.
Who Can Attend?
This group is open to men aged 18+ who are looking for support around sex, porn use, or compulsive sexual behaviours.
You may be at the beginning of thinking about change, or further along. Both are welcome.
We keep the group at a manageable size to ensure it remains supportive and contained, so we ask that you let us know if you’re planning to attend.
