Together, we can explore, at your own pace, how the past influences adult relationships, behaviours, and emotional responses. This journey towards understanding ourselves can be emotionally challenging but also profoundly liberating. I am here to support you with warmth, expertise, and genuine care for your well-being.
I practice from a wide range of perspectives to meet individual needs. Sometimes learning new skills enables us to know how our minds work and helps us to cope in a complex world. Learning about Self-Compassion develops a kinder, more nurturing relationship with yourself. Or, discovering Mindfulness practice to cultivate present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. And, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can encourage living more fully in alignment with your values. We can choose what approach feels right, and I look forward to meeting you.
