About Elizabeth
Elizabeth’s interest in emotional and psychological health has been informed by both personal and professional experiences — including the transformative impact of her own therapy. After a career in the corporate world, she decided to retrain as a counsellor.
Training
Elizabeth trained at the highly regarded Metanoia Institute in London.
Her training encompassed three complementary modalities—Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. These form the foundation of her integrative counselling, enabling her to tailor therapy to your individual needs while incorporating trauma-informed practice.

Appointment Information
Sessions are each 50 minutes and usually held weekly, but this is flexible and will be agreed with you.
