Fi Warren-Smith

Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters.

You might be coming to therapy because something does not feel quite right, even if it is hard to put into words. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, or going through a period in life that feels difficult to navigate. At times, you might notice yourself reacting in ways that do not feel like you, without fully understanding why.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can pause and begin to make sense of what is going on, at a pace that feels manageable.

I am a UKCP-accredited transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, Trauma Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST) certified, and ADHD certified. I draw on a range of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), and adapt how I work to suit you.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, difficulties in relationships, and those facing major life challenges, and I specialise in working with trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and the impact of boarding school. This includes how early relationships and attachment patterns can continue to shape how you feel about yourself now and how this impacts on how you relate to others.

I am here to walk by your side, not tell you where to go. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself more clearly, so that change can emerge in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
