Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting and finding someone you feel comfortable with is essential. Fi Warren-Smith offers a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement.
You may be coming to therapy after a significant life event—such as a breakup, career change, retirement, or bereavement—or simply because of the everyday challenges we all face in life and within our families. You might be struggling with low self-esteem or confidence, feeling disconnected, experiencing anxiety or depression, or carrying a sense that something just isn’t sitting right.
As a trauma-informed therapist, Fi works with care and sensitivity to help you feel safe enough to explore whatever you bring. She also supports people living with Adult ADHD—whether through a recent diagnosis or a long-standing sense of being different.
Therapy offers more than support in difficult times. It can be a space to reconnect with yourself, deepen self-awareness, and make room for meaningful change.
Fi’s approach is collaborative and responsive, tailored to your pace and needs. Together, you’ll explore what matters to you and gently make sense of whatever comes up.
