Jenny Bell

Jenny Bell Psychosexual Therapist

Jenny Bell

Jenny Bell is a trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, currently in her second year of training with the London Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy (LDPRT). She is developing as an integrative therapist, drawing on different approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

Jenny’s style in the therapy room is collaborative and compassionate. She works to create a safe space where reflection, connection, and personal growth can take place. Alongside traditional talking therapy, she values the importance of body awareness and creative expression, helping clients to explore themselves in a holistic way.

Jenny has particular experience in supporting people with anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem, identity and life direction issues, and trauma. She is especially passionate about working with relationships and sexual challenges, whether with individuals or couples, including communication, intimacy, betrayal, and navigating life transitions. She also offers support around gender, sex, and relationship diversity (GSRD), and psychosexual difficulties such as desire and arousal concerns, orgasm difficulties, rapid or delayed ejaculation, painful sex (including vaginismus and dyspareunia), performance anxiety, body image, and sexual changes linked to childbirth, illness, or menopause.

Before beginning her psychotherapy training, Jenny qualified as a Music Therapist in 2021 and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has worked in both private practice and the charity sector, supporting brain injury survivors, neurodivergent clients, and women in the criminal justice system. Her music therapy background brings a relational and body-aware dimension to her counselling, enabling deeper healing through creativity.

Jenny was drawn to counselling through her own experience of music as a powerful outlet for emotions, balance, and self-understanding. This path naturally evolved into psychosexual and relationship therapy, where she finds meaning in supporting clients to uncover inner strength, work through challenges, and embrace their relational and sexual selves without shame.

Jenny is available for face-to-face sessions in Henley on Mondays and Thursdays, and also offers online counselling. Her regular hours are Mondays 10am–8pm, Thursdays 3pm–8pm, and Fridays 4pm–7pm.
