Sometimes life can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may know that something doesn’t feel quite right but not know how to change it or where to begin. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel both safe and gently challenged. Therefore, my approach balances listening and seeking to understand your experience whilst gently encouraging you to question old assumptions, discover new perspectives, and move towards the life and relationships you want.

I place great importance on building a trusting, genuine relationship with my clients, creating a space where all parts of your experience can be explored with warmth, compassion and without judgement. My hope is that you leave therapy not only with greater self-awareness, but with a deeper sense of confidence, freedom and connection to yourself.

What I specialise in

I work with people who feel disconnected from themselves, from others or from the world around them.

In particular, I specialise in the following:

Relational difficulties

I work with people experiencing difficulties in their relationships, whether with partners, family members, or friends. Together, we can explore attachment patterns, family dynamics, childhood experiences, and the ways past relationships may continue to influence how you relate to yourself and others today.

Feeling stuck or lost

Sometimes there isn’t a single problem to point to; you may simply feel lost, stuck, or uncertain about who you are or where you’re heading. Life transitions, changes in identity, career shifts, or a sense that something is missing can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, deepen self-understanding, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

Motherhood

I have a special interest in supporting mothers going through the postpartum journey and beyond. Whether you’re navigating changes in identity and relationships or struggling with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, isolation, anger and disconnection therapy offers a compassionate space to make sense of your experience.

Qualification and Training

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and have experience working in both private practice and within the NHS in London and the Buckinghamshire area. I also have a background working with various international organisations, supporting them with their wellbeing and organisational culture strategies.

Availability

In-person sessions are available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Online sessions can also be arranged on Thursdays. Sessions will occur at the same time each week and last 50 minutes. I tend to work long-term with clients; however, depending on the presenting issues, short-term might be most appropriate.

Fee: £95.00
