Jo’s approach is relational to help clients deepen self-awareness and develop healthier ways of coping in both personal and professional areas of life. Jo may incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness practices, and experiential techniques, all grounded in a humanistic framework that focuses on your personal and unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • Degree: BSC Humanistic Counselling, Middlesex University
  • Diploma: Clinical Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, Metanoia Institute
  • Level 3  Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • Certificate in Counselling young people (age 11-18)
