Leanne Prosvic is a UKCP and BACP-accredited psychotherapist with over ten years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. In addition to her practice, Leanne is a lecturer at the Minster Centre in London, where she teaches humanistic and existential theory.
Leanne works across both the charitable and private sectors, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Her expertise includes working with depression, anxiety, anger, childhood trauma, and many other challenges.
She believes therapy provides an opportunity to deepen self-understanding, explore emotions, and improve relationships with others. Leanne acknowledges that emotions like sadness, anxiety, or anger can reveal essential aspects of who we are and what we value. Through therapy, she encourages clients to explore these feelings, fostering transformation and creating new possibilities for connection and growth.
Leanne sees counselling as a collaborative process. She supports clients in identifying their unique paths, helping them uncover understanding, purpose, and meaning. Her approach allows clients to explore patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with curiosity and openness, aiming to equip them to face life’s challenges with renewed energy.
How She Works
Leanne Prosvic uses an integrative approach, blending existential, psychodynamic, and humanistic models alongside trauma-informed techniques to meet her clients’ unique needs. She offers both short-term and long-term therapy, available face-to-face or online. Sessions are 50 minutes and occur weekly at a consistent time.
