Livinia Cowell-Sherriff is a Transpersonal Art Counsellor Trainee. Her approach is therapeutic, holistic, and humanistic, valuing the wholeness of a person. Using art and nature, and drawing on the works of Rudolf Steiner, she incorporates colours, shapes, and forms to help clients express themselves through art. Her practice is rooted in a spiritual tradition that integrates elements from various cultures with modern psychological principles, emphasising healing across spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional, and physical aspects to support client growth and well-being.
Livinia initially trained as a Montessori Nursery Teacher before earning a BA Honours degree in Sports Performance and Management. She has experience working with both children and adults as a High-Performance Rowing Coach at Leander Club. In addition, she was a foster mother for three years, caring for a child with complex behavioural and learning needs, using a therapeutic parenting approach. These experiences have deepened her understanding of human development, resilience, and the importance of a nurturing environment for emotional well-being.

Livinia works in line with the BACP guidelines and framework, holds an enhanced DBS check, and attends clinical supervision to ensure ethical and professional practice.
