Natasha Draycott
Qualified Nutritional Therapist
About Me
Natasha Draycott is a qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist at Cherry Tree Centre in Henley-on-Thames.
As with most of us in this profession, my way into becoming a nutritionist was led by my own health struggles with an endocrine disorder, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. A wonderful trip to India introduced me to the world of Naturopathy, Ayurveda, and natural medicine. I returned to the UK 6 months later with an insight into natural medicine and began my studies in Biomedicine. I believe there is not one way to Health, but a marrying of both western and eastern medicines. I am a holistic practitioner, meaning I look to find the root causes of ill health.
I have a particular interest in Epigenetics, Hormones, and Sports performance.
I am currently working with a team of athletes for a documentary on extreme sports, I have also been asked to talk with BBC Radio on a number of topics around health and nutrition.
I use functional testing which is a way of seeing into the body and completing a picture as to the WHY you are feeling and presenting with the symptoms you are. This is a truly personalised approach to medicine that has incredible results.
Natasha is available for face to face sessions in Henley-on-Thames, as well as online. I offer a 20-minute free discovery call where you have the opportunity to ask me any questions and see if this is the path for you.
