Samantha Goldby

Are you feeling drained, stuck, or like life isn’t quite working for you?

Some days might feel heavier than others, whether due to anxiety, depression, or the pressures of everyday life. You might be struggling with ADHD, autistic burnout, low self-esteem, or ongoing family tensions that feel impossible to navigate. It can be confusing knowing where to start, and it’s natural to feel unsure or overwhelmed.

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it by yourself.

Meet Samantha Goldby-Pannell

Samantha Goldby-Pannell is an Integrative Psychotherapist at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley, having completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy with distinction. She is also a qualified teacher with 8 years of experience in the education sector, which gives her a unique perspective when working with young people, neurodiverse clients, and professionals experiencing stress or burnout.

Samantha has a passion for supporting people of all ages through life’s challenges, from adults navigating relationships or unresolved childhood experiences to adolescents struggling with identity, anxiety, or academic pressures. She understands that taking the first step can feel overwhelming, which is why she offers a confidential and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe and supported.

Her approach blends warmth and empathy with evidence-informed techniques and an understanding of how the mind works. By getting to the root of what’s holding clients back, Samantha focuses not only on managing symptoms but also on creating meaningful, lasting change.
