Empowered by Embodied Experience

As a highly experienced somatic therapist and coach, supporting people for more than 17 years, I help individuals navigate acute crises, process trauma, and regain their strength, confidence, and joy in life.

People often find their way to me when they are struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or stressed, needing to process difficult experiences, or going through an acute crisis such as a break-up, a loss, or a conflict at home or at work.

In a safe and supportive environment, my clients learn to approach their challenges holistically. Together, we regulate the nervous system, integrate emotions, and gently process traumatic experiences by releasing related fight, flight, or freeze responses. We also explore limiting beliefs to create clarity and new perspectives, and work towards reconnecting with what truly matters – your heart, your values, and your dreams. Fully embodying your experience can be deeply empowering, bringing more energy, clarity, connection, and a sense of ease.

A somatic, body-based approach to therapy offers powerful, practical tools to help you find calm, rest, focus, and renewed alignment.

Sessions are available both in person and online.

About Sandra Gaertner

It is my heartfelt intention to support people in finding their way back to thriving. I do not see myself as someone who has all the answers, but rather as someone who walks alongside you — offering presence, care, and full attention to everything you carry: your emotions, thoughts, dreams, worries, fears, and your past, as well as where you would like to be in the future.

I hold a safe and respectful space in which you can meet your experiences at your own pace, allowing you to gently move through what feels overwhelming and find greater clarity. Through working with the body, I guide you towards relaxation, recovery, and reconnecting with your natural strength and confidence.

You can rediscover what it feels like to be at ease. I have deep trust in you — and in your body’s innate capacity to heal, to move through difficult times, and to find your footing again.
