Life brings challenges in many forms, such as a relationship ending, a career change, burnout, bereavement, or simply feeling that something needs to shift. You might be experiencing low mood, struggling with workplace pressures, or feeling disconnected despite being surrounded by people. At such times, it can be helpful to seek support rather than suffer alone.
Therapy isn’t only for times of crisis. It can offer emotional support, help you reconnect with yourself, unlock your growth potential, and lead you to a more fulfilling life.
Taking the step to seek therapy can feel significant, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. Urvi offers a warm, confidential, and supportive space for clients to explore whatever they bring at their own pace. She believes that, given the right environment, people have an inbuilt ability to grow and flourish.
