Taking that initial first step to getting help can be the most challenging but often the most significant step in your journey to self-exploration and personal growth.
Counselling offers you a safe space to explore difficult thoughts and feelings in complete confidence, without being judged, allowing you to explore your life, relationships and emotions in a way that is not possible with friends and family.
Together, working collaboratively we can help you find your own solutions and make informed choices that are right for you to bring about positive change.
I am a BACP registered Person Centred and Psychodynamic Counsellor. This simply means that we work together to identify your current difficulties as well as explore issues or relationships from your past which may be impacting your present life and relationships.
As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I work within the professional guidelines and ethical framework of the BACP. In addition, I maintain current professional liability insurance.
I am passionate about supporting you to achieve your fullest potential by offering you a confidential space for you to experience self-growth and positive change.
I work with adults as well as young people and offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and supportive space to explore your personal experiences.
