Zoë Lyall is a qualified Humanistic Counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute. She offers counselling both face-to-face at the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley-on-Thames and online.
Zoë understands that taking the first steps into therapy can often feel daunting, and she recognises that people seek support for many different reasons. She values each person’s journey as unique and aims to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, past and present.
Her approach is collaborative, working alongside clients to help them make sense of their experiences, uncover their inner strengths, and move towards positive change at a pace that feels right for them. While the process of therapy can sometimes feel challenging, Zoë provides consistent support to help clients find clarity, choice, and new possibilities.
Equality, diversity, and inclusivity are at the heart of Zoë’s practice. She welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, genders, and sexualities and is committed to creating a respectful and compassionate therapeutic environment.
Zoë offers client-led Humanistic Counselling, drawing on Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis approaches. This integrative style allows her to adapt to the unique needs of each client and to work in a way that supports authentic growth and connection.
