In addition to room rental, we offer referrals to therapists who wish to build up their private practice.

Our Beautifully Decorated Therapy Rooms to Rent
Room 1
Room 1 is a large, bright room located on the first floor. It is a multi-functional space with two dark blue velvet comfortable armchairs for talking therapies and consultations. The room has a desk for catching up on notes or for online consultations.
A massage table is available for therapists carrying out physical therapies or for professionals who include somatic or bodywork treatments in their sessions.
This room is large enough for small groups and can be used for support groups, therapy groups, group supervision, and other groups that promote positive mental health and well-being.
Room 2
Room 2 is used as a large office space. Therapists that are part of our community are permitted to use the office during their working day to catch up on admin, training, and any office-based activities. Free Wi-fi, tea, and coffee are provided.
Waiting Room and Communal Area
The first room you will see as you reach the top of the stairs, is a warm inviting space for your clients to wait. Painted in a deep green with light flooding in from above, clients can help themselves to tea or coffee while they wait.
Our kitchen has a coffee pod machine, kettle, and fridge that are available for you to use.
We are also surrounded by lovely independent coffee shops that you can visit in between sessions.
Room 4
Room 4 is located on the first floor. This is the largest of our therapy rooms and can be used for talking therapies such as counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, coaching, mediation, clinical supervision, and medical consultations. The room is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and small groups.
This room is painted in calm, warm, neutral tones and filled with soft furnishings, for an inviting, homelike feel. There is a comfortable, forest green 3-seater sofa, suitable for couples and family members, and an armchair for your comfort. This room has a beautiful fireplace and wooden beam, which adds to its intimate, home-like feel.
We have a 4 person conference table in front of a picturesque Georgian sash window. This space is perfect for consultations, mediation, and working through exercises with clients such as timeline work, art therapy, CBT exercises, etc. We also have a whiteboard for you to use.
Room 4 has a large bookshelf filled with books that people are allowed to borrow but we do request that they be returned. Also, we are always happy to take donations for our mini library.
Room 5
Room 5 is located on the first floor. Painted in a soft blue tone, with a black beam running across the room, Room 5 is full of character and charm. This room has a small sink and plenty of storage space. This room is perfect for therapies and treatment such as massage, reiki, reflexology, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, and private GP sessions.
This room is currently occupied and unavailable until April 2023.
Room 6
Room 6 is located on the second floor. This is a beautiful room, with a low ceiling and cosy feel. It is full of the charm of a Grade II listed building. Painted in a calm green, neutral tone over lime plaster, which perfectly frames the lovely Georgian window. We have provided lamps for when a softer light is required.
The dark grey, two-seater sofa is perfect for both individual and couple work.
This room is ideal for all talking therapies.
Room 7
Room 7 is located on the second floor. This room is a large room with a huge storage cupboard down one end. We have painted this room in a soft, khaki colour and used neutral tones for the furniture to reflect the wonderful colours in nature.
This room has a beautiful ivory velvet 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, which makes the space perfect for both couple’s work and family sessions. Further chairs can be added for small groups or larger families.
We have provided lamps for when softer lighting is required. Plants and small tables give this lovely room a real home-like feel.

Prices
Ad-hoc Bookings
Peak and Off-Peak – £12 Per Hour
Sessions are booked using our flexible booking system ‘Simply Book’.
Therapists are required to register with the Centre prior to making their first booking.
In addition to signing our Room Rental Agreement, we require copies of your qualifications and insurance. If you are working with children or vulnerable adults we may require an Enhanced DBS.

*Block bookings are 3 consecutive hours or more, at the same time each week, for a full calendar month.
To benefit from the reduced price, you will need to make the booking via the office. These bookings will need to be paid in advance and will not be cancellable.
