Dilys Wilde is a qualified BWR Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist at Cherry Tree Centre in Henley-on-Thames.

As a BWRT (Brain Working Recursive) therapist and solution focused clinical hypnotherapist, Dilys will support you and enable you to navigate your way through the challenges faced when life proves to be tougher to manage than usual. Be it with anxiety and low mood, phobias, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), sleep issues or your confidence. Enabling YOU to find a way to control those negative thoughts or habits that sometimes creep into our every-day routine.

What brought me to therapy?

“For many years I worked within the creative world of design, music, photography and interiors – facilitating and “making magic happen” for others. I always had an interest in therapy and the positive changes it can make. Then, having experienced it first-hand, I found that sometimes you get to the stage where you just want to be able to move forward without unpicking everything, or even when you have gone through the unpicking stage and need support with the next stage of your life.”

This is where BWRT and Hypnotherapy can help. What is BRT? – BWRT stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist Terence Watts, MCGI.

It’s a completely confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.
