REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPY PRACTITIONER & REGISTERED NUTRITIONIST

Eat Drink Think Nutrition® Registered Nutritional Therapist Kate spent three years training at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where she was able to formalise her interest in studying the impact of food, nutrition, and lifestyle on human health and wellbeing.  Kate now offers enlightening and sustainable insights into the benefits diet and lifestyle can bestow upon everyday, lifelong health and well-being.

To communicate this, Kate Taylor holds bespoke, confidential, and evidence-based one-to-one Nutritional Therapy Consultations with clients wishing to optimise and transform their health and well-being through diet and lifestyle strategies.  Kate’s recommendations are always highly personalised and simple to apply; thereby empowering and motivating clients to action their diet and lifestyle recommendations for themselves.

In collaboration with Kate Taylor, during your initial complimentary 30-minute ‘discovery chat’ you will discuss the most appropriate Nutritional Therapy Programme to support your health symptoms and achieve your health goals.  Your Nutritional Therapy Consultations will then take place every four to six weeks, with between 90 – 60 minutes of one-to-one contact time with Kate.  There is also the option to include Functional Medicine tests and results interpretation into your Nutritional Therapy Programme, which Kate can recommend based on therapeutic need.  These are entirely optional, and if actioned, will enable Kate to delve deeper into the potential root causes of your health symptoms and structure your diet and lifestyle programme accordingly.

Kate consults on a variety of nutritional issues and imbalances, from gut health to skin health.  Kate’s Clients often find that her personalised nutritional protocols reap a plethora of systemic benefits for the whole body, however her personal experience has inspired her to particularly specialise in nutrition for Brain health and cognitive function, namely Dementia risk-avoidance

Kate has also completed training in Iridology, a complementary health approach that involves examining the iris to help identify patterns and signs that may reflect underlying health imbalances. This technique is often used to support preventative care and overall well-being. Kate is also able to hold Group Seminars and Presentations at the Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley-on-Thames.

Please note that Kate is not able to host Nutrition Consultations on Disordered Eating, Cancer, or Kidney Disease.
