Lucy Warren

Lucy is a Student Counsellor at the Cherry Tree Centre in Henley-on-Thames. She works face-to-face (in Henley) or online.

Lucy Warren offers some rare and precious time to focus on yourself and your feelings, without the interruptions and distractions of everyday life. You may be looking for support in coping with something past or present, or you may be working on better understanding what makes you, you. Whatever it is that is leading you to consider counselling, Lucy provides a calm, safe and peaceful space for you to explore what’s going on for you.

Lucy Warren’s approach is person-centred, which means she respects you as the expert in your own life and what’s best for you. She won’t advise, judge or rush you. Instead, she will support you as you tap into your inner strength and look for a way forward for you to be everything you want to be. Central to the therapeutic process is the relationship between you and your counsellor. Lucy will listen to your perspective and provide a warm and non-judgemental space for you to talk. Together, you will go at your pace, with you at the heart of the work because you probably already have the answers within yourself for how to reach your potential and thrive. Lucy recognises that it can be daunting to seek help and commends you for taking the first steps.

Lucy is currently working towards the CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She works as a trainee counsellor in a secondary school where she commonly works with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity and relationships.
