Sarah Newton
Pluralistic counsellor
About Me
Sarah Newton decided to become a counsellor because she felt there were not enough safe spaces for people to explore their emotions and become their authentic selves. As a pluralistic counsellor, Sarah uses different modalities to suit your needs. She will work alongside you to become more self-aware about your feelings and develop coping strategies to lead to your goals.
Sarah also works in education, supporting students to reach their full potential pastorally and academically. She volunteers at a local hospice, working with bereaved families and clients struggling with diagnosis.
She offers appointments online, face-to-face and by phone for your convenience.
Sarah Newton says:
” Everyone’s journey is unique, and taking the first steps can be daunting. Let me reassure you that I am here to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your emotions at your own pace”.
