At Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley-on-Thames, we offer counselling supervision and professional supervision for qualified counsellors, trainees, and professionals working in emotionally demanding roles. Our approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical practice.
Supervision at Cherry Tree is designed to feel supportive, thoughtful, and containing, rather than evaluative or pressured. Our supervisors are experienced practitioners themselves and understand the realities of therapeutic and emotionally demanding work.
Sessions offer space to reflect on client work, explore challenges, consider ethical dilemmas, and develop confidence in decision-making. Supervision is collaborative and non-judgemental, with attention given to both the work and the practitioner.

Yes. We offer both individual and group supervision, including specific options for trainee counsellors.
Yes. All supervisors at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre are fully qualified and experienced practitioners, with a range of specialist backgrounds and therapeutic approaches.
Supervision fees vary depending on the type of supervision and the supervisor. Therapists working with Cherry Tree benefit from free group supervision. For external therapists, group supervision starts from £40 for a two-hour session with a qualified supervisor (maximum of four supervisees). Individual supervision rates vary and typically start from £70. Please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to talk through the available options and current fees.
Yes. While supervision is offered at our Henley-on-Thames centre, we regularly support supervisees who travel from surrounding areas, and online supervision is also available where appropriate.
